Foreclosure Help

I would like to look into buying a foreclosed home, less than $80,000, near Atlanta. I have never lived there, so I don’t know much about the areas to buy or avoid. Would like someplace diverse, but not in the middle of city. I am looking for a single story home in a good neighborhood.

And also do you know of any websites that list homes going into foreclosure. Bank foreclosure, not auction.

Any advice on anything is GREATLY appreciated
