My friend got a foreclosedm home he said didnt need a down payment, has bad credit and only needed the first months payment for morgage which was $550? Is that true I have wanted a house so long and I really want to know how to get a foreclosed home?

They want to offer $590,000 and then move up to $620,000. The house is trashed, it needs new paint throughout, new windows, and new flooring throughout. Is that something they should use? Also are banks willing to negotiate on foreclosed properties? This is in Arizona, home built in 2005.

My sister is already facing bank foreclosure but she also just got a letter saying that she will be facing homeowner’s association foreclosure because of unpaid dues. They’re filling a lien against her … I don’t understand the difference … I thought only banks could foreclose.
